Email marketing software, priced at the size of your list
Inboxwright compares email marketing platforms for small and B2B businesses by the number that decides the bill — what each one charges at your list size — with every price dated and every source named.

Inboxwright answers one question for businesses that send email to customers and leads: which email marketing platform should I pay for, and what will it cost when my list grows? We read each vendor's pricing page, move its price slider to the list sizes that matter, and write down what it says — with the date.
Our ranking of the best email marketing software scores seven platforms on a published rubric. The price table at 5k, 25k and 100k contacts shows the monthly and annual bill on each. And our guide to bulk email services covers the rules every large send must meet, whichever platform you choose.
What we will not do
We do not print open rates, inbox-placement scores or "we tested 40 tools" claims, because we have not run those tests and the vendors' own figures cannot be checked. We do not run coupon boxes. And we say plainly when the right answer is a free plan or a tool that pays us nothing — Google's Postmaster Tools, for example, or Brevo, whose affiliate programme does not accept new sites.
How to use it
Start with two numbers: how many people are on your list, and how many emails you send them a month. The first sets the price on most platforms; the second sets it on Brevo and decides whether a plan's send cap will bite. With those in hand, the ranking and the price table will point you to two or three platforms worth a trial.
If you are just starting out, the guide to email marketing for small business goes through the setup in order, and the free email marketing software comparison shows how far a free plan will take you.
